How We Work
To our clients we act as a strategic partner and not a manpower agency or human resource consultants. We provide a broad and flexible service with a methodology that facilitates continuity, flexibility and rapid response, determined by our clients' needs.
Often operating through our clients' supply chain organisations by means of framework agreements and/or specific subcontracts and/or teaming, we collaborate with them supporting their operational needs.
Framework agreements
Where specialists are required, on a non-specific project ad hoc basis (i.e. the support you want, only when you need it), a draw down Enabling Agreement approach is usual.
Specific sub-contracts/projects
During the bidding or tendering phase we can:
- Provide specialists to assist clients with bid preparation, estimating & risk analysis and proposal preparation.
- Team with the client, operating on a workshare basis, during the bid and programme delivery phases, supporting the bid with programmes and cost estimates.
- Where required, offer site surveys and installation design support.
During the project implementation phase we can offer our wide range of specialists to:
- Supplement the client lead team
- Lead the team supplemented by client staff
- Lead a complete RS Capp team.
Whatever the assignment, the RS Capp way to success is based on a partnership with clients, working together in confidence and trust.
